Job Description Job Description Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required. Soliant is working with a highly desirable school district near Crofton, Maryland to hire a school psychologist. The school psychologist candidate will be responsible for assessing the academic, social, and emotional needs of students and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to provide appropriate interventions and support. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about helping students reach their full potential and creating a positive school climate. Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs. Provide counseling and intervention services to students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) and provide remendations for acmodations and interventions. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure the development of effective strategies for student success. Lead crisis intervention and conflict resolution efforts as necessary. Offer consultation services to parents and staff regarding psychological issues, student behavior, and mental health. Participate in student support teams, including interdisciplinary meetings to provide data-driven solutions. Maintain accurate records and ensure pliance with state and federal regulations regarding assessments and services. Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or related field) from an accredited institution. Valid Maryland School Psychologist License
