Job Description Job Description The law firm is currently seeking qualified candidates with paralegal experience in the area of civil litigation. Applicants shall be well versed in the litigation process, document preparation, calendaring and management of deadlines, discovery process, preparation of pleadings and Judicial Council forms, court e-filings, electronic filing system, and trial/arbitration preparation. Experience in Employment Law and litigation. Applicants shall be organized and detail oriented, have strong writing skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications and Adobe Acrobat Pro required.
This is a full-time in office position, however there is possibility of a regular schedule of less than 40 hours per week. Competitive salary (depending on experience) and excellent benefits are offered.
