Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Upland, CA Employment Type: Full-time We are a growing and dynamic e-commerce company in the powersports industry seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments, including customer service, order and client management, and shipping, with a diverse range of daily duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and effective at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and helpdesk ticketing systems Resolve customer inquiries and provide optimal solutions Assist customers in navigating the e-commerce platform and placing online orders Answer detailed questions regarding products, pricing, and availability Address shipping inquiries and provide timely updates on order status Develop in-depth knowledge of company products to deliver exceptional service and meet customer needs Update and manage inventory systems using Excel and database tools Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges via phone or online platforms Promptly handle updates to customer orders, such as replacements, address changes, shipping method adjustments, cancellations, and tracking information Perform administrative support tasks, including invoicing, purchase order processing, creation of shipping labels, and record maintenance Review orders for accuracy, verify their contents, ensure correct labeling, and issue packing lists to the warehouse Notify customers of any changes to their orders and provide relevant updates in a timely manner Communicate unusual customer issues or high-risk orders with management Excel in a fast-paced working environment
