Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions specific to personal injury cases Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for personal injury cases Manage case files and maintain accurate records using SmartAdvocate Coordinate and schedule witness interviews, depositions, and medical examinations Prepare exhibits and organize evidence for trial Communicate with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and court officials

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury field.
