Youre an experienced sales professional with a proven ability to manage large, complex projects and close high-value deals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building meaningful client relationships, and are comfortable negotiating deals worth tens of millions of dollars, down to hundreds of thousands of dollars. You know how to bring drive, humor, humility and excitement to your role, and youre ready to join a growing company where your success directly drives growth.
The Role
Own the client relationship and manage large project opportunities Lead high-impact client engagements, presenting and selling BlastOnes innovative project methodology. Ensure theres always a clear next step in every sales opportunity, from lead generation to final contract signoff. Attend high-level client meetingsboth virtually and in personwith private jet access for key engagements that require swift and efficient travel. Lead deal reviews, manage final-stage negotiations, and secure major contracts, ensuring a smooth handoff to the project management team. Support pre-construction project management and assist with negotiating change orders when needed.
What Were Looking For
10+ years of experience in capital equipment sales or industrial construction projects. A proven track record of closing deals over $1M , with exposure to $5-10M projects preferred. Strong background in the industrial, construction, or capital equipment industries. Experience working with C-Level executives and leading complex negotiations. Stellar communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams. High sense of urgency and a drive to manage multiple high-impact tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
