Generate service repair orders Plan for Service Technician team for floor efficiency and hours turned Close out customer invoices Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills Verifiable Customer Satisfaction Index track record Make recommendations based on time and mileage Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
