DESCRIPTION At PYA , the Senior Marketing Analyst plays a vital role in advancing the firm’s marketing strategy through data-driven insights, innovative use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and strategic management of Google Ads and other paid search platforms. This position collaborates closely with the centralized Salesforce team, internal marketing colleagues, and external partners to execute impactful campaigns, refine performance metrics, and ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives. By integrating Salesforce and paid search data, the Senior Marketing Analyst will create actionable insights to drive measurable success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, ensuring effective automation, lead nurturing, and reporting, including developing advanced segmentation and personalization strategies within Salesforce to improve targeting and engagement and building and managing dashboards in Salesforce to monitor and report on campaign and marketing performance Partner with marketing colleagues and agencies to strategize and implement Google Ads and other paid search campaigns, monitor paid search performance, and optimize campaigns for better ROI through enhanced targeting and bidding strategies Build robust attribution models that integrate Salesforce, Google Ads, and other platform data Collaborate with agencies, data partners, and internal teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns Serve as a key collaborator between the marketing department and the centralized Salesforce team to ensure alignment of data strategies and tools and work with senior leadership to integrate paid search and Salesforce initiatives into broader business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including automation, analytics, and integrations Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including automation, segmentation, and reporting Strong experience with Google Ads strategy, campaign management, and ROI optimization Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics, with experience integrating these platforms into Salesforce workflows Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution modeling Experience collaborating with centralized Salesforce teams to enhance marketing initiatives Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping, uncovering insights and optimizing marketing strategies Traits that include detail-orientation, flexibility, and responsiveness Exceptional time management, communication, and project management skills
