Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description Job Description Description: We at 123 Baby Talks is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to children aged 2-3 years old. You will work alongside with SI/ABA Therapist, Occupational Therapist and a team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic and supportive center. Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows are also welcome.

As part of the Team, you will do:

Direct Care: Provide individualized treatment to children with autism aged 2-3. Assessment and Planning: Review physician referrals and children’s medical records, plan and perform treatment programs, and document goals and progress. Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment at various stages and adjust treatment to achieve maximum benefit. Collaboration: Work with related services to provide individualized programming for each child. IFSP Development: Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing learning and development with support from experienced staff.

Requirements: New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Completion of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Previous experience in early childhood is desired. Adaptable and eager to learn in a new environment.
