Job Description Job Description Overview CTG is seeking a resource to support our client's non-Epic applications, specifically PointClickCare and its related applications.
Location: Remote Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Provide technical support for PointClickCare and its related applications. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues in pharmacy-related systems, including Caretend , QS1 , and Pioneer . Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to software-related problems. Collaborate with the IT team to maintain system functionality and performance. Document support processes and maintain clear records of issues and resolutions.
Skills:
Experience with PointClickCare and long-term care software systems. Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, particularly Caretend, QS1, and Pioneer. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service-oriented mindset.
Experience:
Previous experience in technical support for healthcare software systems, especially PointClickCare. Experience in resolving issues related to pharmacy management systems, including Caretend, QS1, and Pioneer, is a plus.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Certification Requirements:
Non-Epic resource – support needed for PointClickCare. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
