In this role, you will be a key contributor in optimizing and maintaining our Workday Human Resources system to support our HR operations and drive strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities - Collaborate with HR, Benefits and Payroll leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday HR solutions. - Configure, maintain, and enhance the Workday HR system to align with evolving Payroll needs and compliance regulations. - Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking, providing guidance and support to end-users and resolving system-related issues. - Develop and execute test plans, oversee system testing, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality, accuracy, and reliability. - Engage in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, assessing their impact on existing configurations and processes. - Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials. - Collaborate with external vendors or consultants as required for system enhancements or integrations. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, recommending and implementing system enhancements and best practices. - Stay current with industry trends, Workday updates, and Payroll system advancements, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
