Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Picking shirts for use in production area Cutting Vinals to the right shape for the shirts Using a heat Press to put the Vinals on Quality Control at every step of the process Packing product into boxes or separate bags when needed Folding products to be ready to ship. Shipping products out the door to the correct customers with the correct details.
