We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative with previous office experience to join our dynamic team. The base salary ranges between $36,000 and $48,000 , with additional opportunities for commission, bonus, and profit sharing. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Cross-sell and account round to maximize client coverage Process payments and update client information Issue insurance documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.) Make policy changes as needed Maintain client retention by providing excellent services
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty License in Michigan (Licensing Assistance available; we pay 100% for licensing) Experience with an Agency Management System Detail-oriented and tech-savvy Team player with a self-starter attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional phone and office etiquette
