This individual will be responsible for overseeing the production and inventory of contents, ensuring that all items are properly cleaned, organized, and accounted for. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: This position involves application of cleaning solutions and exposure to moderate noise levels when operating restoration equipment. Performing the physical activities of this position require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment. Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently. You also need to be able to work in high places and in confined or tight spaces. You must be capable of working in water and/or fire damage environment. Major Duties and Responsibilities: a. Manage the production and inventory of contents. b. Ensure all product contents are properly cleaned and inventoried. c. Generate and review inventory reports, notifying the Production Manager of any discrepancies. d. Retrieve and prepare pack-out contents from the warehouse for the Production Manager. e. Organize job contents for easy access, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of crates. f. Occasionally visit job sites with the Production Manager to assess the contents. g. Monitor the availability of cleaning supplies in the department and notify the Production Manager when restocking is needed. h. Assist in training employees on the proper cleaning and inventorying of contents. i. Maintain a clean and organized department, including regular cleaning of bathrooms and common areas. j. Use a laptop for necessary tasks as required. k. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager. Company Benefits
