What you will do: Functions as a liaison between the external and internal stakeholders for AMUSA turbo products. Responsible for interfacing with global PL4 teams in Germany and Korea to gather product information and updates, as well as provide feedback on USA product requirements and market trends. Coordinate directly with AMUSA Sales, Service, and Engineering teams. Researches, collects, and synthesizes market and competitor information. Assists sales and marketing teams at shows, defining collateral, and training program content. Gathers and summarizes all details related to turbo product quality issues and drives the team to find root cause and corrective actions. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product improvements and marketing strategies. (Business Intelligence) Provide marketing with key product information (features, benefits, ROI, etc.) and implement a marketing plan and define supporting collateral requirements. (Literature and Marketing) Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to collect real time information. (Opportunity Pipeline) Define requirements for products in the USA market; work with sales / service, engineering, and sourcing to develop a well-defined solution. (Product Localization) Work closely with the product development teams in USA and Germany/Korea to refine the product portfolio to meet market needs and provide a competitive advantage. (Product Development) Train inside and outside sales and service entities on applications, solutions, product value, competitors, and differentiators. (Internal Training) Facilitate and support customer training programs and seminars around our products / solutions and their value to customers. (External Training) Assist in determining and implementing product pricing and discounting strategies. (Pricing) Support all quality and performance related issues in application. Gather and summarize details of issues and share with Germany/Korea and USA engineering team. Work to identify root cause and support product improvements. (Quality) Work with finance to estimate product line profitability by considering as-sold-profitability, warranty and goodwill cost (including labor), and aftersales profit. (Profitability) Oversee the entire product lifecycle of Turbo, from initial concept through to end-of-life, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with market demands. (Lifetime of Revenue) Work with Supply Chain to develop parts lists to support the lead-time expectations, localization efforts, warranty, service, and spare parts needs of the turbo product. (Inventory) Regularly engages with peers in an effort to provide customers with a larger scope of supply and a more inclusive solution. (Product Integration)
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalen.,
Field of Study: Technical or Business related, Engineering degree preferred.
Experience: 4 to 6 years of related sales engineering and engineering design experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Windows 10, Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Navision is a plus.
