Role Purpose: Provide leadership to Facilities and Engineering functions. Ensure facilities and equipment are in good state of repair, are maintained as per the Preventive maintenance schedules, ensure facilities and equipment meet or exceed regulatory compliances, enhance procedures and set corporate policies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained in good state of repair. Preventive maintenance program to be robust and all activities are completed as per the pre- established schedules. Use technology to predict breakdowns (example: anomaly detections using IoT sensors) Facilitate training programs to educate maintenance personnel as well as operators on equipment, instrumentation, computer systems using personalized On Job Training. Ensure compliance with the calibration program for all GMP equipment and instruments. Act as subject matter expert on all F&E qualification, validation activities, including risk assessments, protocol design reviews, factory acceptance testing, engineering studies and investigations. Participate and provide technical expertise for Facilities and Engineering Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement improvement projects.
