We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our school district team in Twin Lakes, Minnesota. This full-time position involves providing services to students ranging from3 to 12th grade. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting students' developmental and functional needs while working collaboratively with the school team. Key Responsibilities : Provide direct services to studentsin 3rd to 5th grade, addressing their individual occupational therapy needs to enhance their participation in academic and daily activities. Provide indirect services to students in 6th to 12th grade, consulting with educators, staff, and parents to ensure students' needs are met and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Develop and implement therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as necessary for students on your caseload. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and daily routines. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to assessments, evaluations, and reports. Maintain detailed records of services provided, assessments, and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations. Caseload : 70 students total Requirements : A Master's degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapy License Experience in a school setting preferred but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for working with children and helping them succeed in their academic and social environments Schedule : Full-time The schedule has already been created for the assigned caseload, allowing for efficient planning and service delivery. JOB SUMMARY The Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate, attentive, and individualized care to clients in their homes or care facilities. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of clients, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.

Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, encouraging social interaction and engagement. Assist with mobility, including transferring clients in and out of bed, wheelchair, and/or vehicles.
