Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules. + Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items. + Uses established ticket collection procedures during service. Responsible for records from area worked during service periods. + Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Implement and maintain Scrum-based Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and CMMI Level 3 processes. Knowledge or familiarity with of Atlassian Suite and utilize JIRA for project tracking, resource allocation, and reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including government representatives, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Collaborate with technical leads to develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
