Duties/Responsibilities : Perform on-site clinical counseling services to clients of Meadows Counseling Group in accordance with company policies. Maintain a clinical caseload. Clinical Supervision of any dependently licensed staff (notes and clinical time). Oversight and supervision of staff clinical. Case Consultation / Group Supervision Quality assurance: Monitor the Clinician's progress and monitor the productivity of clinicians. Read and sign progress notes of dependent staff. Oversight and back up to the intake coordinator (client care coordinator position). Run and Manage Monthly Staff Meetings and Quarterly Team Meetings (all staff) Oversight and development of apprentice/ intern program.
