Job Description Job Description Aspen Careers is partnering with a downtown Columbus firm as they seek to expand their team and hire an Associate Attorney or Non-Equity Partner for their Litigation practice area. Their attorneys are nationally recognized for excellence in their fields by numerous organizations.

A well-established firm that has a large presence in Business, Corporate, and Commercial Litigation to include Estate, and Labor & Employment Litigation. They represent both individual and corporate clients in both state and federal courts. The firm is well respected in the community. The Ideal Candidate
5-7 years of experience in Business, Corporate and/or Commercial Litigation. Experience in Estate and Labor & Employment Litigation is a plus. Asks for help when needed but does not need to be micromanaged. Proven track record. Skilled at drafting pleadings, compiling and handling discovery, conducting depositions, and preparing for trial.
