Job Description Job Description Coastal Divorce and Family Law is growing! We are seeking a Family Law Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to be part of our team in our Hingham office. The ideal candidate will be personable and passionate about helping others during one of the hardest times in their lives. Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and efficient with a professional demeanor. Candidate must possess a positive attitude and have some experience in Family Law. The position could be Part-Time for the right candidate. Summary of essential job functions:
Conducting intake interviews, with potential clients. Primary responsibilities will include, drafting and E-filing pleadings. Managing Discovery and ensuring all documents are timely organized and responsive. Assisting with Billing Clients and sending invoices using our software system.
Minimum requirements:
Excellent Customer Service Skills. Previous experience in the field of Family Law. Requires maintaining a professional appearance providing a positive company image to the public.
Other Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong skills related to the retrieval and organization of high volumes of information. Exceptional time management skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook & Excel. Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels inside and outside the Firm.
