As a Member Service Representative, you and your team will provide OURCU's members with the high-quality member service that keeps them coming back to OURCU for their financial needs! Your day may include:

Greeting members and nurturing relationships with them Performing transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, cash advances, transfers, issuing cashier's checks, etc. Responding to member inquiries and performing relevant research Offering OURCU products and services when it may be beneficial to the member and their specific needs Maintaining confidentiality regarding member accounts Assisting the Branch Manager with related duties as requested
