Job Description Job Description Job Overview: Project Manager oversees key client construction projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership, managing resources, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities: The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetary constraints. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to monitor and report progress. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs while adhering to company procedures. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating issues as needed. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Track project performance to analyze short and long-term goal achievement. Collaborate closely with the Senior Superintendent and Site Superintendent to ensure successful project execution, providing support and coordination while maintaining responsibility for overall project management. Coordinate subcontractor agreements and procurement, including material procurement and delivery schedules. Resolve conflicts and implement effective problem-solving strategies to minimize disruptions. Oversee project closeout activities, including final invoicing and documentation submission. Report project financials, progress, schedule changes, and any other critical updates to the executive leadership team on a weekly basis, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals. Work with the Safety Department to actively monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with both company policies and industry regulations, to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address any issues proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets. Oversee the quality of work being completed, ensuring all tasks meet the required standards and specifications. Address quality issues promptly to maintain project integrity. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns to maintain strong, positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance, ensuring work is completed according to contract terms, quality standards, and on schedule. Ensure all project-related documentation is properly maintained, including contracts, permits, change orders, and project updates, and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in dry utility construction or a relevant industry Strong understanding of construction principles and processes, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Bid2Win, ViewPoint, MSFT Project, SmartSheet, and BlueBeam Revu is advantageous Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Valid Driver's License and ability to pass federal background check Demonstrated alignment with company core values, including a commitment to safety and quality Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
