Perform a variety of duties relating to working in the food outlets and the services of food and/or beverages. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and cast members. Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standard. Stock counters, displays in a neat and timely fashion. Provide friendly, quick, professional service demonstrating willingness to serve guests with a smile. Check to ensure that all foods are displayed attractively as per department standard. Requisition items needed for the following day based on given par levels. Involved in food preparation and presentation. Keep all work areas clean and in order, clean equipment thoroughly. Handle foods appropriately, maintaining proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards. Inform Supervisor when food quantities are low. Clean floor and work station thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments. Must be able to stand for 100% of the working time. Know menu items, take orders and complete transactions at point of sale to assure cash drawer balances. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned. BRING US YOUR BEST.
