Job Description Job Description We are a fast-growing new home construction plumbing company seeking a Plumbing Service Manager.
Our Shop/Office is located in Rocklin, Ca. Some Jobsites are in the greater Sacramento area: Roseville, Rocklin, Sacramento, Folsom, Elk Grove, Lodi, Elk Grove, El Dorado Hills, Lincoln and surrounding areas.
We do: Rough/Top Out/Finish, Tract/Residential Plumbing, Service Plumbing, Custom Homes, and Light Commercial work. 90% of our business is residential new homes.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license.
· Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
· Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques. Experience with tankless water heater repairs.
· Ability to supervise, lead, and schedule other service plumbers.
· Basic computer skills, such as accessing internet and e-mails.
· Knowledge of local and state regulatory plumbing codes and requirements.
· Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
· Ability to use hand and power tools.
· Able to read and understand bulletins, regulations, rule books, manufacturer manuals and work instructions in English.
· Able to work independently and in a team environment.
· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
· Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
· Ability to conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
· Comply with all OSHA and company safety rules.
· May perform other duties as assigned by Foreman or Superintendent.
Full time Monday - Friday (Possible weekend emergency calls)
