Our client on the east side of Columbus, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your skills and contributions will make a significant impact. The position requires working onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, code, and process invoices for payment.
Perform 3-way matching to ensure proper documentation and approval of invoices.
Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.
Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for and address discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
