Job Description:
As a B2C Sales Specialist, responsibilities include:
Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to engage existing and potential customers.
Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers while converting leads to new customers.
Prospect and initiate contact with potential customers, moving solid leads through the sales process.
Arrange follow-ups and coordinate meetings for potential customers showing interest.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in B2C sales.
Aftermarket car part knowledge is a MUST.
Passionate about the automotive industry.
Comfortable working in-person at our South San Francisco facility.
Compensation:
On target earnings (at minimum) are $78,000 to $98,000, which includes a $48,750 base. Top performers are currently earning $130K+/annually. Benefits package included.
