Job Description Job Description Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Assist Checker release jobs, if needed Run labels Make Record Set, Shop Set and Assembly Set from Cut set received from checker Deliver to Machine Shop and update scope sheet Send e-mail of release Coordinate job data Create problem logbook, which includes problem log form and assembly check sheets. Receive parts list and layouts from engineers - make copies for record sets or parts list file and add to "assembly set" when sent to floor for build Assembly set - ensure set is to assembly at appropriate time and includes hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication drawings. In addition, include Safety Check Sheets and Shipping Manual. Installation Envelope - include hydraulics, pneumatics, lube, GA and foundation - assure to assembly prior to line shipment Problem Logs Receive log from assembly, enter in database, and forward to engineer for review File books in record sets and on the network Warranty and Repairs Tracker Periodically retrieve data from service Generate report of "changes" for engineers to review Assist in updating documentation Assist Checkers in Engineering Changes Mechanical Tags Coordination of information to make mechanical tags for the line Mechanical Miscellaneous Maintain record set files in "engineering" and "vault" Work with design engineers to perform various calculations and assist with any other miscellaneous items

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
