The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires critical thinking skills, the ability to interpret shipping documentation and regulations, and a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in processing inbound and outbound freight and parcels. Key Responsibilities:

Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accurate quantities and condition of goods. Interpret and follow shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices. Process and manage inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods. Maintain strong attention to detail while handling product inventory and maintaining accurate records. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, both domestic and international. Collaborate with other warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management. Communicate effectively with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to address any issues or discrepancies. Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track shipments, process returns, and maintain proper documentation. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Manage organization of the receiving area to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Qualifications:

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems independently. Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce environment is a plus. Ability to understand and interpret shipping regulations and documentation. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic office software. Ability to lift and move packages up to 75 lbs. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
