Responsibilities
Develop architecture for generative AI systems based on the latest research, technologies, and techniques in areas like natural language processing, text and image generation, and others Design solutions for complex AI product requirements and pipelines, with a focus on generative models and algorithms to produce sound outputs at scale Lead prototyping of new generative AI capabilities and product innovations areas such as content creation, creative tools, conversational AI, and personalization Guide software engineers to implement scalable, high-quality AI architecture and iterative, agile development of new features Monitor and evaluate AI systems and outputs, recommending improvements on issues like coherence, accuracy, fairness, and responsible AI practices Stay current on state-of-the-art AI and machine learning research and innovations that could advance product capabilities or performance Identifying opportunities for generative AI: collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where generative AI can create value.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or related technical field 5+ years of experience in architecting AI products and leading development of innovative models and algorithms Deep expertise in modern generative AI techniques including models like GANs, DALL-E, GPT-4, etc. Strong software design abilities and a solutions-first mindset leveraging AI capabilities Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills working cross-functionally Ability to work 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan
