We are looking for a Marketing Intelligence/Research Analyst to provide high-quality quantitative and qualitative market research, helping to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive trends. This role will support strategic planning and decision-making, as well as marketing and sales initiatives. Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert on key competitors’ products, business models, sales strategies, and market trends. Design and execute market research projects to meet the organization’s needs, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture. Conduct in-house qualitative and quantitative market research, synthesizing findings to extract actionable insights. Source and manage third-party research vendors for specific projects as needed. Perform rigorous secondary data analysis and desk research to identify relevant trends and inform study design. Create, maintain, and update competitive intelligence resources, ensuring accessibility of key information. Work with diverse data sources, interpreting data to generate actionable insights. Implement research best practices, balancing creative and analytical skills to define research questions and synthesize findings. Benchmark competitor values and features to analyze product trends and communicate insights effectively. Act as a trusted advisor for strategic initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with Solutions Marketing and Product teams to develop promotional content, collateral, and key messaging to support sales efforts. Work with the Director of Market Insight to design analytical approaches for open-ended strategic business challenges. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth. Communicate strategic insights across the organization in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve project outcomes. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by introducing new ideas and perspectives that challenge conventional thinking.
