Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the E2 data storage system. Prepare reports for inventory gaps and maintain accurate records. Monitor all inventory issues and ensure effective resolution for all. Prepare cycle count schedule for all items and complete in a timely manner. Prepare and reconcile all cycle count processes and prepare reports as needed. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Coordinate with all departments and provide inventory support at all times. Communicate effectively with department manager to enable proactive responses to inventory accuracy. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Perform other duties not defined above to meet the needs of both the department and B&B Manufacturing.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be: High School diploma required; some college preferred. Strong critical-thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Possess strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and a variety of other software solution packages (i.e., Microsoft Office, E2/JobBoss). Accuracy in the processing of data and information, record keeping and tabulating.
Abilities:
Good listening, problem sensitivity, and quick response time. Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining and entering accurate information in B&B ERP system (E2/JobBoss). Analyzing information and evaluation results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Providing information to managers/supervisors, co-workers via telephone, written form, e-mail or in person. The ability to meet strict deadlines or be able to communicate when those that cannot be met. Must follow all safety procedures and policies as mandated by B&B. Frequent walking, lifting, and carrying product in warehouse.
