Job Description Job Description LSA is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team in its Clovis or Irvine offices and serve as the Natural Resources department assistant. Flexible workplace schedules may be arranged and allow for potential hybrid in-office/remote opportunities, subject to supervisor discretion. Responsibilities
Manage scheduling for company executive, including making appointments and prioritizing the most time sensitive matters Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executive Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary Assist with departmental tasks and projects Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive Prioritize emails and respond when necessary Coordinate travel arrangements for company executive and team members Maintain various records and documents for company executive Serve as LSA’s Natural Resources department assistant. Administrative duties would include but are not limited to tracking of billing files, outreach to project managers, workload meeting coordination, assisting with client submittals and production efforts.

Compensation The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $85,000 per year. The compensation offer will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
