Job Summary Performs specialized cleaning duties with the intent of disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals. Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges. Cleans reception glass and entrance windows. Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning. Realigns items according to recommended layout. Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Performs carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning. Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste. Performs routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers. Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items. Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition. Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position assists the field operations supervisor with residential and commercial pumping and disposal of non-hazardous waste and has direct contact with Wind River Environmental customers. Responsibilities include operating a company service truck and driving to various locations to pump septic tanks. This position requires a CDL A/B with tanker endorsement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with field training for new and existing technicians Act as subject matter expert and liaison for both technicians and customers May assist in preparing technician routes and allocating emergencies that arise throughout the day Provide effective communication between customers and Wind River Environmental Observe and note defective septic component systems, adverse buildup or hazards on the work order Recommend any maintenance or service Prepare for each service job to maximize efficiency (get truck ready, tools, etc.) Daily pre-and post-trip maintenance (check fluids, tires, supplies) Completion and submission of quote and service paperwork to management in a timely manner, if required Respond to trouble/emergency calls in a timely manner Discuss and recommend adequate maintenance service frequency with the customer Follow all Wind River Environmental service protocols Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practice Other duties as assigned by management
