DESCRIPTION At PYA , the Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst is a driving force in optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and leveraging advanced data management strategies to enhance marketing performance. This role is focused on building seamless integrations, managing data flows, and ensuring that Salesforce tools are utilized to their fullest potential. The Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Account Engagement, championing its use across marketing campaigns, customer journey mapping, and ROI analysis. By working closely with the centralized Salesforce team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, this position ensures Salesforce is a core enabler of strategic marketing initiatives. The role also focuses on developing robust frameworks for automation, data governance, and analytics to deliver measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with salesforce platform optimization and administration to include automation, lead management, personalization, integrations, and email marketing Be responsible for advanced data management and strategy including data cleanliness, segmentation, data enrichment, and compliance Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to understand the contribution of various marketing channels to overall performance, creating performance dashboards, analyzing campaign insights, and mapping and tracking customer journeys Train and mentor marketing team members in Salesforce best practices, including automation, data usage, and campaign execution, while collaborating cross-functionally and with external vendors and agencies Partner with the centralized Salesforce team to evaluate and implement AI features, such as predictive analytics and intelligent lead scoring, to improve marketing precision
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including automation, analytics, and integrations Expertise in lead management, dynamic segmentation, and multi-channel marketing automation Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within Salesforce environments Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics, with experience integrating these platforms into Salesforce workflows Familiarity with email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and personalization strategies Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping, uncovering insights and optimizing marketing strategies Traits that include detail-orientation, flexibility, and responsiveness Exceptional time management, communication, and project management skills
