Job Description Job Description We are seeking someone passionate about solving challenges in the healthcare industry. We're a technology company that has built a doctor-to-doctor patient referral solution that provides tremendous value to physicians and their offices, and we're looking for someone to "hit the road" to take that message to both warm leads (folks we know) and new leads (people we don't, yet!) This role involves you understanding the product very well (less than two hours of training will make you an expert - it really is that easy), making a prioritized list of individuals / offices to meet with and not only helping them get setup, but also asking them how we can make our solution even better for them. We aren't in this to get rich; we're in this to solve a fundamental gap in the market that others are trying to solve by charging doctors or patients, which we don't think makes any sense (or is even morally justified). This is not a "sales" role in the classic sense - our product is free on purpose. You'll be working with the CEO and CTO directly and be the "eyes and ears". We need someone smart, easy to work with, who doesn't take long to return a work-related text or slack message. Hours will be during M-F, and are flexible, but you might / will likely receive messages from doctors and their staff members outside of those hours (but during standard work hours). The Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in various settings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively promote our products. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving sales through direct interaction with potential customers. Duties
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service. Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform product and marketing strategies. Promote brand awareness through 1:1 and "team" gatherings.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. Passion is critical, engagement is critical, follow-up is critical. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. You aren't shy at all...and your friends would describe you as outgoing and on the higher energy side.
