As a Driver / Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring operations run smoothly. You’ll oversee the transport and delivery of equipment and materials for production teams, maintain an organized facility, and collaborate with team leaders to resolve issues efficiently. This role is more than just driving—it’s about being a key part of the team that keeps projects on track.
What You’ll Do • Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials and equipment between sites. • Coordinate with team leaders to plan delivery routes and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. • Inspect, load, and unload equipment and materials, ensuring quality and accuracy. • Partner with vendors for pickups and manage inventory to keep everything running efficiently. • Maintain a clean, organized facility and uphold safety standards. • Support teams by troubleshooting and resolving material or equipment issues on the go.
What You’ll Bring • Required: Valid CDL A and a clean driving record. • Experience in logistics or transportation (preferred). • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. • The ability to adapt to dynamic situations and prioritize effectively. • Physical readiness to handle materials and equipment as needed. • Operating equipment like skid steers and forklifts--Preferred. • Hands-on experience with material handling and logistics software--Preferred.
A Day in the Life • Start your day at 6:45 AM, ensuring materials and equipment are ready for the teams. • Drive and deliver materials to job sites, resolving issues and collaborating with team members. • Wrap up your day around 5:00 PM, knowing your efforts have contributed to the success of our projects (start and end times are only estimates).
