Position Details Location: Roseville, CA Pay: ($23-$27 hour) (commensurate with experience) Schedule: Full-time Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of banking professionals to meet performance goals. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service standards. Drive branch growth by identifying sales opportunities and implementing strategies to meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures. Manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively and professionally. Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed. Qualifications Banking Background Required: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a banking environment, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and services. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and service goals. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
