Land Development Engineer

Job Description Job Description Fisher Arnold, a leading multi-disciplined firm that includes engineers, architects, planners, landscape architects, environmental scientists, surveyors, engineering technicians, CADD technicians, and construction observers is seeking a Land Development Engineer for our Franklin, TN office. We have a solid reputation providing services to a diverse group of public and private clients with offices in five different states. This engineering position will be responsible for assisting with the design and preparation of construction drawings, for civil/land development type projects. Tasks will include site design i.e. grading and drainage, utilities - including water and sewer - stormwater detention, erosion control plans, roadway design and traffic control. These projects will include both residential and commercial developments.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Professional Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering P.E. license or ability to obtain in the future Knowledge and Experience 3 to 10 years of experience
