Policy Development and Compliance: Draft and review employment policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Contracts and Agreements: Prepare and negotiate separation agreements, employment contracts, and restrictive covenants. Guide breach of contract issues and termination counseling. Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with multiple attorneys on various assignments, demonstrating strong project management skills. Collaborate effectively with the legal team to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients. Research and Legal Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research on complex labor and employment issues. Stay updated on evolving laws and regulations impacting clients. Requirements 6-9 years of experience advising clients on labor and employment law matters. Significant litigation experience, particularly before state and federal agencies. Proven track record representing employers in restrictive covenant enforcement and defense.
