Position Overview: As a BCBA at A and J Behavioral Health, you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our clients and their families. You will have the opportunity to design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans. Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians. Collaborate with families and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans. Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. A valid state license or certification as required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Dedication to improving the lives of clients and their families.
