Responsibilities : Operate wheel loaders, mini excavators, and skid steers safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on equipment. Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within scope. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards. Assist with additional site duties as required.

Qualifications : Proven experience operating wheel loaders, mini excavators, and skid steers. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and equipment maintenance.
