As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the initial contact for our visitors and will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and handling mail. Responsibilities: • Act as the main point of contact for incoming phone inquiries, ensuring a detail-oriented phone manner at all times. • Route phone calls to the appropriate parties within the organization. • Welcome and assist visitors with a pleasant and detail-oriented demeanor. • Maintain a clean reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. • Manage the distribution of incoming mail and assist with outgoing mail as needed. • Guarantee the accurate recording of phone messages and their prompt delivery. • Operate the multi-line phone system effectively, providing telephone support as necessary. • Carry out other receptionist duties as assigned, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.• Demonstrated ability to handle visitors, direct them appropriately, and assist them as necessary. • Proficiency in telephone support, including answering multi-line phone systems. • Experience with directing phone calls to the appropriate parties and handling phone inquiries in a detail oriented manner. • Ability to take and relay phone messages accurately. • Skilled in phone operations, with a detail oriented and pleasant manner. • Comfortable with switchboard operations, handling 1 to 10 lines simultaneously. • Prior experience with receptionist duties is a must. • Responsible for forwarding incoming mail to the appropriate parties. • Ability to efficiently distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail.
