Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Process orders via phone and online Generate sales leads and establish new accounts Service an existing book of business with exceptional customer care Provide product and service information to customers Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly via phone and email Maintain a customer call log in LogicMate and oversee website inquiries Assist with trade show preparation (emails, calls, and follow-ups) Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Collaborate with other department to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements :
Strong communication and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality Ability to multitask nd manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Excel and a quick learner of system like LogicMate Flexible, team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to adapt and learn 2+ years of customer service experience 3-5 years of experience in sales B2B sales experience and background in high-end retail E-commerce experience is a plus
Hours : Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay Rate : $41,600 / annually
