Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation. Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Flexible Schedule: Full‑time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
