Valley Cabinet Inc. is looking for a Cabinet Installer Lead Starting at $25/hr based on experience With pay raise opportunities at 2 months, 6 months and 12 months of employment! Work Schedule: Schedules will vary based on workload 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 6:00am - 3:30pm & Friday: 6:00am - Noon Who we are: We are a family-owned and operated company providing the finest quality custom wood cabinetry. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is where quality workmanship is a way of life. We transform select hardwoods from around the country into quality cabinetry for homes, offices and businesses. What you will do: Provide the highest level of installation standards while maintaining a professional attitude with the utmost respect for the customer’s property. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete cabinet installation from start to finish with confidence in accordance with Valley Cabinet’s standard operating procedures Read and interpret shop drawings and paperwork Load and unload trucks Travel to job sites and install various size cabinetry fixtures, moldings, and hardware using carpentry tools and wood working machines Measure and mark for product installation Trim, cut, fill, seal, and level during installation Perform various hanging, adjusting, and fastening tasks to complete installation work Carrying and raise cabinets and materials, overhead or floor level work.

What you need:

Minimum two to three years’ experience in cabinet installation or carpentry Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs. Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English. Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Moving, bending, standing, kneeling, lifting and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds. Pushing/pulling, grasping/squeezing, pinching, fine motor dexterity. Work for extended periods of time at a workstation on a computer or similar device.
