POSITION : Director of Human Resources
POSITION AVAILABLE : Late Spring 2025
JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Human Resources is an important member of the College’s administrative team is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Human Resource programs, including policy development, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee development, training, regulatory compliance, organizational development, and payroll. QUALIFICATIONS : Hold at least a master’s degree (from a regionally accredited institution) in an area specific to human resources or in a closely related area, and have a minimum of five years increasingly responsible human resources and administrative experience (experience in higher education specifically a community college setting is preferred, but not required); In addition, the successful candidate must have strong communication skills (written and oral), interpersonal skills, and strong computer skills.
