Ohio Professional Engineer’s (PE) license. 15+ years of transportation design experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Experience with ODOT is highly desired and Design-Build project experience is a plus. Demonstrated supervisory and mentoring skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing, presentation skills, public speaking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong track record of successful project delivery.
