Job Description
LHH is seeking a polished and professional Administrative Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. This role is perfect for an organized, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will sit in a modern office in downtown Columbus, OH (parking provided) and serve as the first face of the company! This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, from greeting clients to managing office supplies and assisting with projects. Responsibilities:
Open the office at 7:30 AM, greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, and ensure the front desk area is organized.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
Perform routine office tasks, including stocking kitchen and office supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Provide support on various projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Ensure client documents are saved in the appropriate applications
Qualifications:
Must be polished, professional, and organized.
At least two years of previous support or office administrative experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM systems
Highly motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
Must be able to work 7:30AM to 4:30PM as you will be responsible for opening the office in the morning
Pay Details: $21.50 to $29.00 per hour
