The Lead Facility Engineer is instrumental in managing all aspects of facility operations. Serving as ABM's primary contact for daily operational management, this role emphasizes a steadfast commitment to safety and reliability in facility management. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or five years of equivalent experience Five years of management experience Entry-level engineers with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field may also be considered
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with three years of work experience is preferred Without a Bachelor's degree, seven years of relevant experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the facility’s infrastructure to ensure optimal operations Develop and maintain accurate site-level operational procedures and documentation Supervise ABM’s response to after-hours emergencies at assigned facilities Manage the Change Management Program effectively Administer the MOP, SOP, and EOP programs Audit CMMS databases for accuracy, generate reports, and control system access Manage the operations budget and expenditures efficiently Oversee physical assets relating to both critical and non-critical infrastructure Resolve electrical, mechanical, and Fire Protection System issues promptly Act as the main contact for customers on all facility-related concerns including schedules, new business, expansions, and staffing Set and approve employee work schedules, including time and payroll processing Ensure proper access control management to the facilities Make recommendations regarding space and power usage Ensure compliance with Customer SLA parameters and manage Change Control activities Meet ABM training expectations and conduct monthly audits Identify, vet, and approve subcontractors for on-site work Develop precise scopes of work for PM contracts
