What You’ll Do As a Project Engineer, you’ll support Project Managers and Field Supervision staff, contributing to every phase of construction projects, from budget planning to closeout. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing project schedules and costs. Key responsibilities include: Estimating, value engineering, and developing project budgets. Facilitating subcontractor bids and negotiations. Scheduling, tracking project documentation, and ensuring quality and safety standards. Managing project costs and forecasts to achieve successful outcomes. What We’re Looking For Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : Internship or co-op experience for recent graduates. 2-3 years of commercial construction experience preferred for PE II. Skills : Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Autodesk, or similar). Mindset : Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for delivering excellence.
